The seed for the 7 Day Shift was planted after Coach Jenn helped Jes and her family transition to a plant-based diet in 2019. From there, interest from the community began to Spike as Jes noticed more and more people seeking support in making the transition themselves.

Both of them decided to combine their efforts and expertise and create something that presented the benefit of both a juice cleanse and transitional coaching. And thus,

the 7 Day Shift was born!

7 Day Shift

7 Day Shift Day by Day Timeline

Day 0

Pick up juice after 3 pm
  • You will be picking up the first THREE days of juice. You should have two six-packs and four individual juices.
  • The six-packs will have the date you will drink the juices written on them and each juice in the six-pack will be numbered in the order to drink the juices. Please stick to this order!

Day 1

When to drink your first juice:
  • Drink your first juice (The Holy Kale) whenever you would normally eat breakfast.
    • If you normally do not eat breakfast, we recommend drinking your first juice around 10 am.
How often to drink juice:
  • You will drink juice every 2-2.5 hours.
  • You may have to space out your last juice in order to drink it about an hour before bed.

Day 2

Similar to Day 1
  • You will have different juices on this day but follow the same timeline as day one.
Order Groceries Today
  • We recommend ordering your groceries today
  • Have them delivered/picked up by today or tomorrow or if you can manage going to the store without buying anything extra, go for it!

Day 3

Today you will be introducing food at dinner time!
  • You will be drinking four juices today instead of six.
  • Drink your juices, per usual, before introducing your raw meal
Group yoga and meditation or group workout
  • We recommend eating your dinner before going to the workout at 7 pm
Pick up your next two days of juice.
  • Your juice will be ready for pick up AFTER 3 pm today!
  • You will be picking up four juices total for the next two days (two juices for each day)
  • If you are going to the group workout tonight let us know and we can bring your juice to that workout so you don’t have to pick it up.

Day 4

We will be eating two meals today!
  • You will be drinking two juices instead of four today
  • Start your day with your first juice and then you can either work the second juice in between meals or have it before introducing food for the day.

Day 5

Similar to Day 4
  • We will be eating two meals today
  • You will be drinking two juices instead of four today (Follow the same protocol as day 4)
Group yoga and meditation or group workout
  • We recommend eating your dinner before going to the workout at 7 pm
Pick up your next two days of juice.
  • Juice will be ready for pick up AFTER 3 pm today!
  • You will be picking up a total of 2 juices today for the next two days (one juice for each day)
  • If you are going to the group workout tonight let us know and we can bring your juice to that workout so you don’t have to pick it up.

Day 6

Day 6 and 7 consist of only one juice and three meals.
  • Start the day with your green juice, then work your way into your meals!

Day 7

Today is the last day of the 7 Day Shift!
  • Day 6 and 7 consist of only one juice and three meals
